  This has been our butcher of choice since we 'discovered' them soon after moving here some years ago.
  We do occasionally grab a few things elsewhere when in a hurry, but usually end up regretting it. Not that it's bad, just disappointing when compared to FHQM.
  
  The meat is excellent quality and the price still compares well to the blander, more watery offerings at the supermarkets.
  It can get _really_ busy in there at peak times - but there always seem to be experienced extra staff on call, and the service is both courteous and effective.
  
  We do enjoy fresh kidneys (and liver) and these are usually available here. These things do _have_ to be fresh, so sometimes we're asked to call back on another day - and it's well worth doing. Excellent value, too.
  If there's something meaty that you can't find at ColesWorth or WoolCole, you might get lucky if you try asking here.
  
  Parking at Flora Hill is really easy most days (never had to wait for a gap) with a very short walk to the shop.
  
  Top service, top produce, and a famous Aussie prize-winning maker of a variety of tasty sausages.
